Nokia TETRA System is now the highest TETRA network in the world

Our value-added reseller Omnilogic Telecomunicaciones has supplied to MAGSA, the Argentinian subsidiary of the international gold company Barrick Gold Corporation, a Nokia TETRA System to provide radio communication services for the Veladero gold mine, located in Argentina's San Juan province.
The system has recently been commissioned, and it is now the first Nokia TETRA System in operation in Latin America. It also operates at more than 4,000 metres above the sea level, which makes it the highest TETRA network in the world.
