Coaching-ul este pentru cei care cred in oameni, in potentialul lor de dezvoltare si in capacitatea lor de auto-depasire. Coaching-ul ne arata ca nu exista doar incertitudine, risc si constrangeri materiale – exista si oportunitati si o multitudine de variante prin care putem alege si ne manifesta independent. Nu putem ceda presiunilor economice si sociale, oricare ar fi ele ci trebuie sa invatam sa credem in puterea noastra de a ne conduce viata conform propriilor principii si valori.
