FRIDAY - Nov. 11th

17:30 - Doors open

18.30 - Networking time

19.15 - Offcial kick-off and welcome

19:30 - Key note speaker

20.00 - Pitches start Pitches are 60-seconds each. Pitch best idea frst, because we may not have a chance for second or third pitches

20.45** – Pitches conclude.

More time for networking. Some teams begin to self-form

21.30** – Voting. Teams solidify

22.00** – Break off to continue the discussion or begin work

**Dinner and drinks will be provided to participants at 18:30

SATURDAY - Nov. 12th

Development Day

This day is all about building, developing, designing, writing, creating, etc.

8:30 – Breakfast is served

10:00 – By now, teams should have prototype(s) on paper, decided on a working title, and created technical plans. Start getting servers live, buying domains, creating user fows, etc.

11:45 – Motivational Speaker

12:00 – Lunch

12:30 – More coding, business plan development

13:00 - 16:00 – Mentors will have assigned a working space, teams will register to talk to them and get advice / answer questions. Mentors will have either technical or entrepreneurial background.

18:30 – Dinner.…Work through the night

SUNDAY - Nov. 13th

Presentation Day

Teams present their company and idea idea to a panel of judges. The teams will have 3 minutes to show that their company is the best, and how they will eventually take the world by storm with their idea and/or product!

9:30 – Breakfast is served

11:00 – Teams should have a live splash page up with an email capture and a simple blog

11:30 - 13:30 – Mentoring Session - if teams have fnal questions, need more advice about how to present their ideas, technical questions

13.30 – Sponsor Speaker / Product Presentation

14.00 – Lunch

17:00 – Final presentations begin

18.30 – Dinner

19.00 – Final presentations continue

20:30 – Panel votes. Awards. Drinks and beverages will be served after the event for those that want to stay and socialize.

** Judges Panel will be formed of Sponsors Reps, VCs, Business Angels
